Description Of Goods
(1) If a contract specifies the name, brand,
trademark or specification of any goods to be sold, the contract
shall be deemed to have been concluded for the sale of the goods
corresponding to that name, brand, trademark or specification.

(2) If a contract specifies the name, brand, trademark or
specification and the sample of goods to be sold, the bulk of such
goods shall correspond not only to the sample but also to the name,
brand, trademark or specification specified in the contract.
